EMJ’S AI/ML MODEL DRIVEN PROPRIETARY STRATEGY

The AI/ML Model Driven proprietary strategy is considered by EMJ to be an AI/ML investment tool, used in part in EMJ’s investment strategy. Although use of the AI/ML Investment Tool, as part of the investment process, is generally considered positive it will also introduce unique risks. The investment ideas generated by the AI/ML Investment Tool will be reliant on the data inputs considered by the AI/ML Investment Tool.  In the event that data analyzed by the AI/ML Investment Tools is not reliable, is misleading or incomplete, such may impact the investment ideas provided by the AI/ML Investment Tool. The AI/ML Investment Tool will depend heavily on the accuracy and reliability of the data inputs it uses to assess issuers and securities and provide investment ideas.  EMJ will review all investment ideas generated by the AI/ML Investment Tool and make the final investment decisions.
